Follow The Star (FTS) is a live, outdoor experience featuring 10 scenes
that depict the life of Christ, viewable by walking or driving through.
While many are familiar with the nativity scene, FTS aims to share the
full story of Jesus. This production is a community gift, inspired by Jesus'
example of meeting people's spiritual, emotional, and physical needs.
The Impact...
Over the 12-year history of Follow The Star, over 42,367 lbs. of food have been donated, along with $51,441.53 in thanks to those who've attended FTS. Many don't realize that HCCM can purchase food at $1.15 a pound. To put that in perspective, in 2023, FTS collected a little over $5,000, which means HCCM could buy an additional 43,000 lbs. of food, making our grand total just over 47,000 lbs. collected at last year's production. As we know, Follow The Star only happens through God working and moving in the hearts of His people and the overflowing generosity that supports this production!
